About the event
The Exploring Relationships with Horses Group is an eight-week virtual and experiential course designed to help participants build healthier, more authentic relationships with their horses and themselves. By examining roles, values, and dynamics, the course provides a framework for understanding the components of meaningful relationships, such as trust, communication, and mutual respect. Participants assess their current values, explore their deepest desires, and reflect on how these align with their horse-human interactions.
Through discussions, horse-centered exercises, and personal journaling, the course encourages exploring new perspectives and deeper self-awareness. By the end of the program, participants will have tools to foster more fulfilling connections with their horses and the opportunity to decide what is needed to either maintain or transform their relationship.
